Our room was very dusty and dirty, with visible hair and pink bacteria in both tubs. The window was covered in hand prints. And the fully defrosted fridge had leaked a giant puddle into the carpet. Front desk staff was very friendly—except when we checked out, as the lazy woman behind the desk refused to print me a receipt. I left in annoyance. Would not book again.

"Poor customer service skills and run down"

I had a terrible experience at the La Quinta in Bismarck. The hotel looked run down, probably needs some work. The older front desk lady was either cold or rude, and apparently she’s the manager. The breakfast was a mess, waffle batter everywhere, as well as not many edible options for food. The room wasn’t bad, but the comforter smelled bad, like it hadn’t been washed in a while. I usually stay at La quintas when I travel for work, but I’ll never stay at the one in Bismarck again.
