Beautiful place to stay.

Unique design, conformatble beds, clean guestroom, colonial style furniture that reflects the Old San Juan style. Perfect for newly weds or partners.

Property is in a great location. Walking distance to shops bars and restraunts but far enough to get peace and quiet.

Great location, AC works good and staff was friendly. The facilities were somewhat old and the rooftop didn’t look like in the pictures.

We didn’t get room service for the 2 nights we stayed. The rooftop not the cleanest

It’s so unique- the decor is lovely and eclectic, and the furniture are antiques, to match the setting. You can see whoever designed it put a lot of thought and care into it. The instructions to get there are very clear and no trouble getting in after hours. The staff were so friendly and accommodating the next day when we needed to store our luggage after checkout so we could explore old San Juan before heading onto our next adventure!

Small toilets, if you have large guests it is likely they’ll clog up the drain

My husband and I stayed in the suite and it was wonderful! The sunroom in the middle of the suite as you walk in is stunning, and it’s right next to the Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista. It was also walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. However, there is no dedicated parking or elevator in the hotel so that may be something to keep in mind while staying upstairs in the suites. Regardless, this hotel is beautiful and I recommend staying here!
