Maison Tofani

Checking in was easy. Instructions were clear and questions were answered understandably and perfectly. Our room was beautiful, it exceeded our expection: The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the view from the balcony was truly beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very friendly and always ready for help. Definitely booking again.

There was an error when the staff wanted to show us our room during the check-in. We were lead to a room in the third floor, staff realized the error and asked us to wait in the lobby and 20 minutes later we were lead to our actual room. Error happen, so that is not a problem. It's also nothing we didn't like, we were just tired and wanted to rest a liitle in our rooms as soon as we coud.

The staff are amazing. The hotel is in the Heart of everything. So close to the beach and everything you need to explore in Sorento.

Best location for all travelers. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach and pier. A historic facility. The breakfast was best in class.

My daughter and I loved our room. It was spacious, comfortable and had a nice balcony with view of shoppers below. The air conditioning was working wonderfully on even the hottest days. The shower/bathroom was also spacious for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel!

This was in the perfect location and close to everything, not to mention a beautiful property! We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop in the evening and loved the deck from our room. Kind staff and so helpful!

Reaching the hotel from the ferry is extremely difficult. Taking the elevator is a MUST! You absolutely CANNOT climb the steps with luggage or get good gps walking directions. The elevator location and the need to find and use it needs to be expressed as the ONLY option and be very specific as to how/where to find it. There are not easy to follow signs to find it, we actually NEVER saw an elevator or lift sign. Since there were no signs to the elevator we thought we could follow the walking gps directions. Once you start on this path, there's no other option but to finish. I was ready to call an ambulance when I couldn't get a taxi mid way. I am a fit 54 year old but this climb had me crying. The staff had to come and get me and assist. I was ill for the rest of my stay, but the staff was nice enough to go to the pharmacy for me to retrieve medical help.
