The location is super ideal right across from the beach. The rooms are incredible with plenty of amenities and super clean.

The location was great. Cleanness of the room

I understand that these are resident's get booked out. However, there was parking, but a lot of reserved parking spots that could have been used by ones that booked rooms instead of sitting vacant. The room we stayed in was nice. However, rooms there were booked around us. We could smell weed the whole time we were there. My understanding is that it was prohibited, smoking cigarettes, etc. It was not pleasant. There was no generalized laundry, a just in case situation.

I wasn’t able to go on the trip. There was a tsunami and earthquake that delayed flights for days unable to get out.. when speaking to someone in Maui, they said that they all had to move to high ground the first day and the traffic was a nightmare. The waves are 3 feet above average, which make the water very unsafe even if you did get out and go.

The pool is really relaxing, clean and comfortable room

We had an amazing time at Maui Banyan, everything was beautiful, the 2 pools were really warm and clean and the condo unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would come again.

Location was excelent.

Neighbor noise. Street noise. Urine smell in room. No ice machine.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, clean room with excellent accommodations, and great location. Ample parking. One of the side table lamps in our room was shorting in and out. We bought a replacement bulb ourselves, but that still didn’t fix it. We will definitely come again.
