"Good hotel but lacks in hospitality"

Cleanliness

1. Language problem- no good english speaking staff 2. They are very moser for water- they give only half litre water per day per person & charge for extras 3. Spa starts at 12 noon & not before that

Facilities Overall v good

Room temperature was good and appropriately cold but felt a little chilli at Fajir time( early morning) Jacuzzis temperature and pool temperature could be hotter. One of the mattress was a bit tooo soft.

location was good and overall hotel was nice

the beds ( was king but they put 2 single together hence when sleeping in the middle there will be a fall in) and there were no English channels !

I did not like anything because Double Tree hotel is famous of customer welcome and always respect customer decision. Never focus to customer to stay. Staff is completely unprofessional. According to staff, customer is lier. We loss 240 euro because this behaviour.

Please explore local property rather then big name. Staff need seriously training
