The people that run this place is amazing. Very nice and helpful plus it's quite for the most part

Ice machine wasn’t working and you couldn’t get drinks out of the machine

Upon checking in I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and made checking in easy and nice. Secondly, I almost winced as I went in expecting the worse from reading the reviews, but the room was nice: nice paint, everything worked, plenty of lighting and air conditioner was efficient, plenty of hot water, towels and bed linen was clean. You might want to know that there is no pool - it looks like there was one once, but the area is completely filled in, it must have been recent because the pool furniture etc. was still lying around. Now, this is a very quiet place, not by the freeway, which is why I choose it - it seems like it's hard to find a hotel in Chico that's not by the freeway! Very quiet and peaceful stay, I would come back, wish they had a pool. Oh, flat screen tv but not a lot of channels.

Left charge cords behind. Staff was very helpful in trying to locate them.

Awful! Cacoaches everywhere. Not worth $77. Dont even bother!

Spider webs and dirty towels never will go back. Tv and fridge were unplugged. Sheets were dirty too with hair and mascara

Unfortunately for the cost off the room i dont feel it was worth the money.Cleanliness goes along way in my book when chosing to return to the property at a future date.Place was in need of repairs that where obviously being neglected.staff where probably about the rudest people I've have. Ever met in a management position.well hope yoi gey tje point.

The reception was warm, the room clean but the blanket was stained and had cigarette burns. IT needed replacement. Pillows flat. I liked the location, parking, and quiet nature of the place.
