Town House Motel

All The linen was dingy. Looked like someone cleaned their shoes with them. I have never seen towels look like this in a hotels.

First room we got wasnt clean and still have a burger on the table and then we got moved to another room after complaining and the bed sheets had white marks all over it

We woke up to several cockroaches in our room. The staff handled it well and refunded some money back.

So, I knew I would be taking a chance on this little motel, given the reviews, but there were no other motels/hotels available on such a short notice. I have assembled a pros and cons list of this place, complete with my girlfriend's help. Pros -Near everything, including CSU Chico -Cheap -There were no bedbugs, from what I could see through my mattress inspections Cons -The room was a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke -The carpets made our feet very dirty when we walked barefoot -The towels were cleaned, but very stained -The WiFi barely worked -There was only one channel available on the tv -The ice machine did not work -There was a left-over OPEN bag of chips on our tv stand and an opened carton of milk in the fridge, ew But, honestly, for the money it was fine. What do you expect for with an $89 hotel. I've stayed in much worse, and this was pretty much what I expected. Not great, but not the worst. Worth it if you're not going to be staying too long and need place close to everything and are broke.

Rooms were FILTHY!!! Unsanitary. Overpriced for accomedations offered. This place should be shutdown by the health dept

Nasty nasty nasty, Dirty towels, hand towels, wash clothes, blanket had I don't know. Nasty, nasty,nasty. I really can't believe this place if it wasn't the only place in town, I would have went some where else. Workers had all the rooms in Oroville and Chico. I almost thru up.

Dirty brownish towels hanging up dirty walls dirty everything found dead bug under sheet pillows stained only thing that looked clean was the sheet.

The rug was very dirty and the room smelled. However the bathroom was cleam the towels were very stained and in poor shape. l went out and bought some towel to use while I was there. If I could have found another room close to my granddaughter I would have. Not a safe place to stay either.

Disgusting and dirty in every way! Run! Do not stay here! The only good thing about this place was they gave us our money back after we walked in the room and realized I would rather stay in my car.

Bed bug infestation in my room #132, sheets didn't look changed. Won't go back there and I would advise you don't either.
