Town House Motel

Was okay for one night. Stayed for basketball tournament.

the towels were more like dish towels that should be thrownout. The room had both bed bugs and fleas.

Beds were small, bathroom was dirty, staff seemed inconvenienced when asking for more towels and to extend our staff one more night.

The door to the bathroom had been crudely patched. The cover for the bathroom ceiling fan was missing. Motel was full probably because of the recent fires. At 4:30 in the morning somebody banged on the door next door for many minutes and over and over to get somebody to wake up. I think they probably have a lot of contractors and folks who stay there who get an early start- but I did not like being awakened by the noise at 4:30. My room at Mount Shasta for $69 was a lot nicer than my $100 room in Chico.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. I left as soon as I looked in the room. The smell hurt my eyes. The place was as filthy as a junky squat in a movie.

Towels, while maybe washed, were filthy in appearance. Desk chair was jammed in under the desk, and the tv had only one functional channel. Room smelled of smoke... Bed was ok.

I arrived late due to the weather and the manager already charged me for the room my room was freezing the towels were dirty looking and the TV wouldn't work kept getting no connection I asked the manager to fix it and was told she has to wait until her husband gets back and no one came I waited until midnight I didn't have TV for 2 days and no clean towels and I checked out early and when I asked why didn't someone fix my TV and the manager was very rude and said leave or he will call the police and I said I didn't do anything wrong and he was very mean and his maintenance man was staying in the next room from me and he was unpleasant and never said anything but stare at me and I want to also report that on January 8 there were no rooms available due to the fire and weatherI had a reservation for January 8 and I arrived at the Town House around 8 PM and the manager said she rented my room out and cancelled my reservation but my itinerary says I was charged by the Town House for January 8 and I have the email for proof I contest all charges for the Town House due to Filth broken TV and freezing temp because the heater barely worked and no room service and my reservation was sold to someone else but I was charged for the room

Front desk lady was rude towels were stained and old as heck found pills and lighters under the bed WiFi wasn’t Usable

Towels were like a gas station rest room: thin & filthy

Horrible the towels looked like they were used to clean the floors. The sheets were stained and dirty. The luggage rack was falling off the wall the re was hair in the door hinges the toilet was moldy. I was afraid I was going to get a disease while staying overnight. Disgusting buyer beware!
