I guess it's okay

this is a dirty marginal place to stay

Location was good. Property was old, mold on shower walls, towels were so old and thin you could look thru them. Had to take on to office for exchange, looked if some one polished there shoes with it. Room had bugs crawling around on the ceiling. Killed a few of them.

Towels are so disgusting, showerhead you can even take a proper shower ver poor quality of service this hotel she be overall reviewed by the city !

There was bed bugs, human feces on the outside of the bathroom door and there was cockroaches all over the walls

We've stayed here in the past, and while never the best hotel around, it was OK for the price. However, we were very disappointed this year, and will not return. You should not consider this place!

We ended up here during graduation May 2018. When we checked in the place was filthy, which we expected. After cleaning with a lot of Lysol wipes we left for dinner. Upon our return we discovered the walls, bathroom and our pillows covered with dozens of cockroaches. The manager returned our money and we left. PS. The swimming pool was almost empty, just enough disgusting water in it for mosquito breeding. The Board of Health should close this place down.

They should rename the hotel Roach Motel. Yes there were cockroaches everywhere - left the lights on to hopefully keep them away. Sheets were stained, the room reminded me of a college frat house where everything was filthy, walls and doors damaged - it was unreal. I booked it as my son was graduating - walked in and then called every other hotel/motel i could to see if there were openings - there were none as it was graduation weekend. How this place can stay open is a mystery - if the health department ever did an inspection they would shut it down immediately. hotels.com should be ashamed to even have this place as a option.....

The hotel was filthy, there were ants and cockroaches in my daughter's room, the blankets were disgusting, there were spiders throughout the rooms, the carpets were scary to walk on, the bathroom showers had mold, the pillow cases were disgustingly old and worn, the towels were grey, there were homeless having a BBQ in front of the rooms, there were people sitting at our front door when we came home at night, the televisions didn't connect, there was toilet paper in the toilets after they cleaned the units, they placed do not disturb sign on my daughter's door, so they wouldn't have to clean it, and this type of place does a disservice to Chico. We had to stay because we had no where else to go, but the van we rented and we had six (6) people in three (3) disgusting rooms. I have no friendly photos to share, but if you want to see the disgusting blankets, sheets, roaches, bugs, and the rest, let me know.

The room smelled like urine, and the bathroom light did not work. White towels were greyish, and no hair dryer or iron.
