Town House Motel

COCKROACHES everywhere! Filthy! Manager gave refund when we told him we would not be staying.

Cigarette burns in the bedding, cockroaches in the bathroom. White towels stained yellow - the rooms reeked of smoke. Awful, awful place.

The beds to the bathroom was filthy .Pulled sheets back ,seen dead bug casings . ,toilet barely flushed . Walls were filthy .Paid 400.00 for 2 nights . Left after 1 night . Wouldn,t have stayed at all if we weren't so exhausted . Honestly , It was like you would imagine the Bates motel.The BBB should check into this crap hole.

I can’t believe this place was offered by hotels.com. Horrible stain towels, crumbs on bedspread and sheets, stains on pillow cases, tile damage in room, no soap or shampoo, spiders in the bed, and ants in the bathtub. Room was filthy and the pool was empty except for the puddle of green water around the drain.

The room was plain and clean. However there were no pillow cases on the pillows and some of the towels were badly stained, almost as if they had not been laundered. The sheets were clean though and there was nice bedding

First room given NOT cleaned Second room empty drug bag behind TV LOTS of trafficking, 3 room bathroom tub overflowed

It was great. I stay there every year for the skating competition held in March.

The management is horrible period.

This is a no-frills hotel, so my expectations were not high. The manager is not customer service oriented. Work was being done during my stay, none of which every disturbed me. But cockroaches climbing the wall in the bathroom and a heater that I couldn’t regulate equal a no-return for me. To be fair, the manager was quick to fix a non-working bathroom light. His first knock followed less than 5 seconds later with insistent banging did take away from my delight at his quick action, though. Perhaps this hotel will turn around. There is work being done.

Roaches in room. Dirty towels . When staff cleaned room they then replaced bath towels with bath mats. They looked clean but heavily stained
