Beamish Park Hotel

The location and surroundings of this hotel are excellent, as was the sunday lunch/tea and the overall experience of staying there. Great parking too!

I am unclear why the towel rail/heating was on in the room and throughout the hotel in June. The towel rail couldn't be turned off and was too hot to touch in any case, it was on all night! Overall the hotel was kept unnecessarily warm.

everything. food was a little expensive in the restaurant. Accommodation was lovely.

Always a friendly welcome and very helpful staff

On this occasion we had our 4 month old puppy with us, and have to sit in the lounge bar unfortunately we were put on a small round table for 3 adults very little room for all the dishes and drinks, for suited for 2 people….

Room very warm but staff provided a fan quickly which worked well.

Smiling, extra helpful and friendly staff upon arrival. Spacious bedroom & bed. Clean. Enough parking.

Receptionist not as friendly as the day when I arrived. Bit more sour faced. (Different receptionist). Very noisy at night - people slamming doors & noisy in the hallway.

They put us on ground floor with patio doors for easy access to let the dogs out. Also the bed was a decent size which was good for our big dog The staff also were amazingly friendly and loved the dogs too which is a massive thing for us

The only thing would be the white bedding with two dogs but that seems to be standard in most places
