Saint Peter's Bay Barbados

Beautiful quiet peaceful hotel with exceptional rooms. Amazing beach and facilities. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant slow (and there is only one restaurant to eat in) but would definitely go back.

Very spacious suites, very nice personel and beautiful area. Excellent holiday despite curfew.

I previously rated this place a 5 star due to my previous visit and interactions with everyone. Unfortunately their customer service is great when you are spending money but when you are due a refund it is absolutely horrific. They have yet to refund some of my guest from a 2020 booking and after several follow up calls, and emails, they are now saying it will be processed by the end of the year. Refund was requested March 2021. They never disputed giving the refund, only the timeframe in which the refund would be processed. I understand that many businesses were affected from the pandemic (including my own) but it is totally unacceptable for any guest to wait this long to receive a refund that they are fully entitled to. I can understand 6 months (which is still a long time) but having to wait close to a year for a refund is absolutely ridiculous! To add insult to injury, they can’t even simply refund the card that was used for purchase, they want you to send in another form with your credit card information to process the refund (which was done months ago). Never heard of such ridiculousness. If there is even a slight chance you will cancel your trip, please don’t book this place! You will get your refund. Just may take a year or so.

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen was nice but could use some more cooking accessories. Microwave didn’t work but we used oven to warm things up so not a big deal for us. Beach was great and quiet. Service on beach was excellent and we had our same spot set up daily upon arrival by the beach staff. Bar also had great service and food was good. Pool was nice and the Lounge chairs there were very comfortable and in great condition. Property was also well maintained and in good condition. Snorkeling right off the private beach was awesome. Would definitely go back.

This was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The food taste absolutely delicious and the staff treat you more like family instead of some average hotel guest. The grounds were well kept. The rooms were very clean, up to date, and spacious, and the elevator access directly to the beach was perfect! The gated entrance with 24hr security made me feel safe during my stay. The resort is not too far from places and it is an easy short bus ride to many restaurants and shops nearby. It was great to meet and see residents that live onsite and not just be around all tourist people. Tamisha in booking was excellent. Always patient with me and and answered my many questions. Tracy even went above and beyond to do a video chat with me prior to me booking the property as I wanted to be sure the online photos matched the property (in which they do). Upon arrival, I was lucky enough to meet the Managers Joerg Roterberg & Geoff Farmer. They are a direct reflection of the culture established here as their positive attitudes and warm friendly personalities matched everything I had encountered. I definitely look forward to revisiting this place in the near future and highly recommend the property.

Beautiful large rooms with a great view! The staff was excellent and the location was great. Perfect for families that want to be able to make some meals on their own but also have access to a great restaurant in site. We would definitely go back. Also, the turtle swim is not too miss.

Like the free turtle swim. Didn’t like that they let a group of children of owners take over the bar throughout the day and evening.

the staff excellent, the property was ready for us 5AM when we arrived, the management welcomed the new guests, clean property and is 5 stars home like resort

staff were absolutely fantastic; everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. we had our 2 years old (energetic!) son with us, and all staff were fantastic with him, particularly Andrea - who he still talks about!
