"Comfortable hotel with no shower gel"

Hotel staffs were courteous and helpful. Room size adequate. Toilet and shower are separated. The shower was like a box. The floor was always wet. There was no shower gel. Only 1 small soap was provide for the sink area. Only 1 bath towel and one hand towel were provided.

It was a good price with comfortable enough of a room for a one night stay or good if one is on a budget.

I am used to a more lavish hotel and so had difficulty fully appreciating the facility.

Very friendly and helpful staff; modern, big and comfortable room; quiet at night and good location in the center of Almaty.

Hot food at breakfast was not really warm.
