Отличные завтраки, намного лучше чем в других отелях Алматы, ещё и на заднем дворике летней террасы! Очень чисто, персонал отличный.

Не понравилось то , как разместили сан узел и душевую в номере… о приватности можно забыть , человек буквально ходит в туалет по центру комнаты (

Удобное месторасположения , тихое место - удалено от дороги.

Очень слабое обслуживание номеров , пару дней не работал кондиционер. Два раза хотел покушать в ресторане на первом этаже - так и не смог найти официанта.
