Beautiful place..easy access to the beach

Rooms were small bathroom especially.. didn't understand why we had to carry out our trash after checking out.. bathtub was to deep to get in and out would definitely be hard for the elderly. Didn't believe that complimentary coffee had no lids and no liquid creamer and just 8oz cups..

"Relaxing and satisfying stay!"

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was an unexpected bonus, and the location is perfect - laid back and the area feels safe.

I didn't realize that the room I booked didn't have a full balcony, with seating options. Instead, we had a standing room only balcony... which was okay, but I will keep it in mind for future stays.

"Small but efficient"

It was in a great area close to lots of restaurants and downtown is a very short walk. Has a full kitchen and living area. The view was beautiful from the balcony and a short walk to the water. The hot tub was nice as well. Receptionist was very friendly

The room was small and the beds were small as well. Maybe a full size and were springy and soft. The linens had spots especially the pillow cases. The couch felt like plastic

"Big Picture"

Ocean front and great room!!! I have NEVER stayed @ a hotel with a TEN AM checkout time— A house keeper was banging on my door @8:30 ish screaming and I couldn’t understand her. She came back @9:30 screaming checkout @10__ I quickly got dressed and walked onto the breezeway__ If she had said , “ excuse me sir, our checkout time is 10 am “ ? I would have apologized… I told her nicely that I needed to take a shower( no coffee) and it would be about 30 minutes. She was emphatic I needed to call the front desk. I showered, made a cup of coffee to go and went to the front desk. He was nice and apologized for her behavior. I have a degree in HRTA from USC and you never speak to customers that way! The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT ( not really)! Being polite is mandatory. I had a hiatal surgery a week ago and on a two week Liquid Protein program. So I wasn’t out drinking and hungover period. When I asked about coffee @ the front desk ‘ they had just closed the machine. I just bit my tongue & left!😝😝😝
