Awesome view. Friendly staff.

Food could have been better.

The price of the room was doubled last minute under the pretext that there would be an upgraded luxury suite. Upon arrival at the hotel this proved to be untrue. Instead of setting the record strait the management persisted and stuck to unkept promises. With not functioning wifi and hardly any warm water in the bathroom the hotel did not live up to the epectations.

What a place....cozy, comfortable, warm...a heritage place ...n wat view of the Kanchenjunga...one of the oldest monastery right next to the hotel...the staff are the best....amazing hospitality!!

Location of resort & view from room.

Room was very small in size & need interior in bathroom.According to room price was high.Specially bed was not good.It was rotating because of wheels.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is well maintained. The garden is beautiful. The property offers breath taking view of the Kanchenjunga range. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. Food is delicious even though a little more variety would not hurt. I hope to return for a longer stay in future.

Staff needs some hospitality training. Only members who understand the hospitality are the security staff and the house cleaners.
