Location Laundry in the room Security gate

Very outdated Untidy carport in the rear of complex with old bikes, broken chairs and other rubbish material. Our room balcony door had no lock at all was broken off, balcony chair was torn up, mops/brooms very very dirty to use. Big red stain on the balcony wall looked like blood.

The locations were excellent, it was close to the hospital, the esplanade and close to the city.

I found the bed wasn't comfortable. We had to buy a bed topper.

Great positioning to see relatives and the shop

The front desk had a bad smell to it, and very messy untidy so first impressions was not great, and I was worried about the room but it was very clean and had everything that we required

The pool is our only complaint. The floor had not been vacuumed for sometime and this was enough to discourage us from using it. Pity as all ok except for the pool.

The reception was wonderful and the room allocated was clean and had all the necessary utensils. The location was also great.

Everything I experienced was good at Trade Winds.
