Amazing hotel with excellent service! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Captain Ahmed, the lifeguard, for his kindness and professionalism, and to Mr.Mejahed, the Housekeeping Manager, for his outstanding work. The entire housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were also excellent, Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back again!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and the housekeeping team maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay. I also appreciated the modern amenities, reliable Wi-Fi, and the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings. The hotel's facilities were outstanding. The pool and captain Ahmed was very good.
