Nautibeach Condos

Everyone is so nice, including guests

Had a fabulous 3-night stay in an ocean view condo. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and beach area and had a great dinner at the beach club next door, most spectacular sunset! Only drawback was that the pool is 4 feet everywhere so my kids couldn’t stand in the pool. But would return in a heartbeat!

This was a nice condo right on the beach. The kids loved the pool! Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping did not fill/restock all items as they were supposed to such as shampoo, coffee, etc.

On Playa Norte, small resort, snuggled away.

Loved the place and location, beds were comfy. View was amazing from the pool north beach!

There was a party that lasted until 4am one night. The entire building was shaking due to the bass. Got eaten up pretty bad, woke up the first morning covered in massive bug bites. I have been to Cancun for years and have never been bitten by anything so can only assume they have bed bugs.

I have stayed at Nautibeach many times. The location is amazing. Unfortunately it is not what it used to be. Since it is an owner’s pool you don’t know what unit you will get. Our condo had terribly uncomfortable beds, broken AC in the master, and the living room furniture was uncomfortable and smelled like a wet dog. The condo only had light curtains so the room was hot and bright early. The best part of the place used to be the beachfront chairs and umbrellas. This time we were told the only way we could get close to the beach would be to pay for restaurant service each day. Sadly I don’t think I will be back. The people that work at the condo continue to do an excellent job on the grounds and are always friendly!

2nd time staying here. Love the pool and the beach. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are nice WiFi in the rooms. Spotty WiFi on the beach. I was ok with this. I just enjoyed the beach. The restaurant on site is good. The waiters were very attentive brought drinks and food out to the beach. Would stay here again. Can walk to all the restaurants in town. Great food at Oceans and Roosters in town.
