great location! nice beach

We love staying at Nautibeach. I would recommend to anyone wanting the best. The only reason im not giving it an overall 5 star is because #? condo was extremely loud early in the mornings. All the employees gather near the office a little before 8:00, their voices travel, plus the whole time we were there 4 mornings, they continuosly did loud maintenence work (knocking out stucko on the wall, shoveling gravel, hanging Mayan Club sign with saws, and using a scrubbing maching to clean the pathway) All these projects are great, but as a courtesy to guest they should have waited until 9:00 am to begin. It was never communicated each day a loud project would be occuring. Its vacation...meaning sleep in. Other than that its a great place. Id recommend not staying in any of the condos close to the office.

We had an amazing time at Nautibeach Condos! Highly recommend them. I will definitely be retuning in the near future.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the pool was like a hot tub. At our pool in Texas where it is equally hot we have a cold hose running in so we can enjoy the pool. That being said, the beach was beautiful. Sometimes we just like to switch it up.

The property itself is amazing. The bar restaurant area was not so great. The first night we were there we were tired and hungry after a long day of flights and delays-we were overcharged for an entrée and drinks that we did not order and I didn’t notice until the next day when I was looking at the receipts. The following day we were at the beach and ordered food and drinks and the waiter demanded a $40 tip. They said there was a $40 minimum tip for all orders from the beach. I asked where the sign was that said this, as I am happy to tip, but I’m not going to tip at a higher rate than my bill was. There was no sign and they let it go. Two negative experiences with the restaurant and bar but the beach is amazing as is the facility.

We stayed in unit twelve. All the staff was very friendly, the place was clean and safe. This is the most beautiful beach section! There are a small amount of chairs and umbrellas for guest to use, tip the guy who digs the hole to move your umbrella around. The restaurant on site isn't part of the hotel, but works with them- American prices but great food! Beach front service! We ordered way more than we planned to from there. (Mayan Beach Club)
