My parents and I stayed here at the end of August 2022, we had a great time! The hotel's beach is beautiful and the hotel's location was great, near many great restaurants, stores, golf car rentals etc. The apartment we stayed at was very spacious, clean and we had all the appliances we needed! We are planning on going back sometime in the near future!

We’ve stayed here several times over the years. I have never had a single complaint, staff is incredibly friendly, the condo is clean and the view was incredible. The pool is wonderful and has a swim up bar. Terrific location right on the most beautiful part of the beach. We’ve always been happy here and will definitely go back!

The property was well located to downtown and the service was great. Our room was on the end so we did get early morning truck noise from the business next door loading and unloading for the day. It was our first time in Isla Mujeres and we will go back.

Such a beautiful beach and hotel! The staff was great! I would recommend it for families young and old. We wished for a first floor and after the first day they were able to move us down. Very helpful. The restaurant next door is good and beautiful presentations but more expensive than others.
