Nautibeach Condos

We had a great time at Nautibeach Condos. It is in a nice location and has the necessary amenities.

Loved this property. Well kept and everyone that worked there were doing their best job.

Property was great 5hough our condo wasn’t super comfortable, living room furniture wasn’t comfortable for anyone more like patio set and bedding was two thin sheets on bed and that’s all which would be ok but the sheets should be more substantial not two thin sheets

Great deal in Isla. The apartments are beautiful and well appointed and next to a beautiful beach. We’ll be back

We have been visiting Isla Mujeres since 2006 but this was our first time staying at Nautibeach Condos. We are a family of 5 including 3 young adult kids. Long story short, we loved Nautibeach and will stay there again. What we could have done without - the loud music from the multiple boats from Cancun that anchor off Playa Norte and the loud music from the adjacent Mayan Beach Club and surrounding restaurants and bars. On Saturday night loud thumping music continued until 4am. If you like to sleep with the doors open to enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of waves lapping the shore, forget about it. What we loved - the staff, the friendly vibe, the spacious 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, the spring water dispenser provided, morning coffee on the balcony, the incredibly clean and inviting pool and of course the immaculate beach. There are numerous fantastic dining spots and food carts within an 8 minute walk. Laundry service is provided for a small fee. Housekeeping is wonderful. Pool/beach towels are provided daily as are chairs and umbrellas (please tip generously as the staff works incredibly hard all day in the heat). If you are noise-sensitive, Nautibeach might be challenging with all the competing music. But if you can accept it as part of the landscape then you will love Nautibeach Condos.

We stayed for 2 nights over NYE. Everything was great. Only downside for me is that there are no comforters only 2 sheets on the bed. There was a small blanket in the other room so I used that but it’s made for one person not two. Our server Sammy was great at the beach as well and the front desk staff was awesome. Very family friendly here so you will hear your fair share of children being children.

Beautiful property!

The location of this place is amazing, I had a wonderful time durning my stay there. You are steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico! Walking distance from everything! The employees are amazing and very attentive! I would highly recommend Nautibeach!! I want to give a shout out to the employees Jose, Luis, Javier, Juan the life guard Gasti, Raul at the front desk was such a great help with everything and all the ones who’s names I didn’t mention!! I loved loved loved my stay there!!! I give it a 10!!! Till next time!!! Btw…great water pressure and very hot water for those who don’t like Luke warm water!

Beautiful beach. Wonderful swimming. Very helpful staff at the reception desk and at the whole facility. Wonderful meals and great staff at the Mayan Beach Club nextdoor. Laundry service. Large condos. Comfortable beds. Having a kitchen. Restaurants, stores nearby. Fun snorkeling by the Mia hotel. Renting a golf cart through the office and touring the island. Just an incredible stay overall, including for kids and mobilty-limited grandma.
