Loved the location. Spa was excellent, staff very friendly. However, one of the hottest days of the year and air conditioning in room didn't work (2 rooms as my son was staying next door). May not sound like much but it did ruin our stay as couldn't sleep as it was too hot.

We have just come back from our golf societies annual weekend away. It's our fourth year in a row here, and it just gets better and better. 2 great courses, the accommodation is A1, the choice and quality of food is absolutely superb. The bar and pizza oven on the terrace is a very welcome addition by the way!! And what can you say about the staff? Nothing I could write here would do them any justice. They are elite! Attention to detail and attentiveness way beyond what you could expect anywhere. A truly wonderful resort from top to bottom. Perhaps the biggest compliment could pay is that we are a group of 32 and not a single gripe to be had amongst us! We have already booked for next year and are counting down the days.

I was treated by some girlfriends to a Spa Day at SBN to celebrate a special birthday. The whole day was fabulous - the staff, facilities, treatments and Afternoon Tea were absolutely top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. Special thanks to Lisa and Lindsay who catered to our every need and were super hosts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shambolic buffet breakfast. Towards the end of yhe breakfast rush, there was s shortage of dome cold itd and surprisingly lengthy wait for refills of cooked items.

SbN was the perfect place for our annual golf trip. The courses were challenging (hilly!) and accommodating in equal measure - exactly what was required for a group of ‘mixed ability’ golfers! The rooms and food were wonderful with the star of the show being the proper fried bread for breakfast, don’t ever remove it from the buffet, golfers need a hearty start to the day!! We stayed 2 nights and played 3 rounds and shall definitely return. Highly recommend
