The location was ideal for red funnel ferry and city centre. The staff were polite There was onsite parking

It was a very old hotel, it is need of some tlc, the shower didn't work very well, the water pressure was very low, the bath moved, the bed and floorboards were very creaky. It was very noisy from the road noise as the room was at the front of the building. The windows were only single glazed.
