Very attentive, calm, professional staff. They provided the quietest room they could according to request. Good breakfast, though nothing too extravagant. Perfect location and wonderful rooftop to enjoy views of Sucre. Shower & bathroom doors should be oiled to reduce creaking noises...

If you like old places with history then you should love this once monastery re-established as an hotel. With stained glass windows, old rooms and a sense of tradition. En-suite bathrooms are modern with good shower and able to have a soak in a tub as well. Staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel was well located for anything in Sucre. One and a half blocks from the main Plaza. This is a lovely town, full of history. The whole hotel is full of atmosphere, antiques and period paintings. However, the hotel has all modern facilities, is clean, tidy and very well run. Reception received our boarding passes from our travel agent, printed them and delivered them to our room in about 10 mins total. Well done. Maps, suggestions on things to see and where to go were all provided if we asked and all turned out to be very good. Room was very nice, well lit, comfortable, large, TV OK. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water, towels and everything needed. Corridors and internal courtyards are delightful. Breakfast was pretty good and relaxed with a good choice of food and drink. There are no other meals available. Step outside and there are tons of places to eat a wild variety of things. Internet was free but slow at times.

Beautiful, unique hotel in Sucre. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Personnel très attentionné. Un des employé s’est fait un plaisir de toujours nous servir dans un français impeccable. Hôtel très joli, avec beaucoup de charme. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet très complet. E celle et localisation. Bref, hautement recommandé.

Na segunda noite, combinei que reservaria mais uma e me asseguraram que teria vaga. No dia seguinte fui expulso do hotel na hora do almoço, por falta de organização da parte deles. O motivo seria a lotação do hotel. Isso acabou atrapalhando o meu trabalho. Não recomendo, apesar o hotel ser bonito! O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar.
