Great room, good breakfast and helpful staff

The room was super cute and rustic and roomy. The hotel was clean. Heat is only available from 5pm onwards but this seems to be a standard for all hotels in the area. Decent breakfast buffet. They have a restaurant on premises which was super helpful to have when I didn’t want to step outside the hotel for a meal. Restaurant does not have any vegan options. The area of this hotel was not that great. We had several incidents in this area that felt threatening and unsafe. I did not feel safe walking in this area at night. After our return from Macchu Piccu, we stayed in a different hotel and the difference in the area was stark. I’m glad we stayed somewhere else because otherwise we would have always viewed Cusco as dirty and unsafe based on the area of this hotel. Front desk Staff was helpful.

Beautiful and unique old hotel that is a peaceful haven right on the old town (just a few minutes walk to the square), reminds of a Moroccan Riad. Huge comfy room (we had a lux suite) with big jacuzzi bath and its own private courtyard garden. Seating area not the comfiest sofa or bench in garden a little rickety but still a lovely hotel. Breakfast was a nice choice and great barista coffee. Service superb.

Very responsive staff, good breakfast. Historic property. I had a medical emergency during the night and staff called a wonderful doctor who treated me in my room within 10 minutes.

Fantastic hotel with a great ambience. Huge rooms and very unique with the courtyard. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the historic district. Would highly recommend staying here

Very clean hotel and a close walk to the main square. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean. If you are looking for a cost place to stay in Cusco would definitely recommend you stay here.

The place is clean and quiet, very stylish for Cusco, breakfast was super good.

the staff was really helpful, they pack our breakfast because we had to leave at 3:50 am. the room is clean and pleasant.

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Sound proofing would be my only “con”, we could hear everything in the room above us. But still great hotel in a great location for a great price.
