Hotel Wrexham

Not enough bar staff on . Was there for a wedding and the wait for a drink was beyond belief . The bar staff worked hard but just needed more help Other than that was good

The hotel had nice surroundings around the hotel and the bar/restaurant area looked nice and modern. The mattress in our room was comfortable and plenty of parking. unfortunately the cooked breakfast was awful and inedible due to it being cold, over cooked and left stood for hours. The rooms were also tired and could have done with a better clean (we had crisps all over the bathroom floor).

Very easy to find, lovely setting, big restaurant with good food and a nice sized room with an excellent rainfall showerhead!

Really nice hotel with good seating area outside. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. However the huge pothole on the entrance needs to fixed.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good quality, simple food, and the whole place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We'd definately come back

Bath was disgusting not cleaned hairs in the bath, black mould between tiles and around the bath. Reception closes at ten. They rang us when we were out to say reception was closing and we wouldn't be able to get our key, we would have to use a side door that would be unlocked, and they would leave door to our room unlocked. Got back at eleven was a glass panel on the top half of the door with a large crack one side to the other. This was only access to the corridor where the rooms are, no access to the hotel. I wondered if this door was unlocked all night and anyone could wander in off the street in the middle of the night. Wanted to go into the hotel for a coffee and have a read save waking my partner at 6 10 and couldn't get in the hotel. Breakfast was just warm wasn't a help yourself hot buffet breakfast. You told the waitress what you didn't like from the items on the menu, so for £30 for two it's not as good value compared to helping yourself from a hot buffet. Was disappointed

On the hole it was a comfortable stay the only problem was the shower was to hot and the bath was very difficult to get out Thus causing my partener to injure herself.

I only stayed one night, but it was comfortable, safe, quiet and peaceful.
