Cambria Landing Inn and Suites

I booked suite 300 on my reservation. When I got to the hotel, I was given room 209, upstairs, partial ocean view instead of suite 300 which has a FULL ocean view... I paid the premium rate for suite 300, however, room 209 was considerably less... the manager said that he only received a reservation for a room, not suite 300... this "bait and switch" policy is terrible! I'm deserving of a major refund, but the manager said that he couldn't issue a refund... Ben Aceto 626-991-8983.

Sounds and sights of ocean 24/7

The only criticism we had was the patio chairs on the the balcony were very uncomfortable. We really liked the coffee and snacks provided free of charge and the extra toiletries in the hallway so you didn't have to ask. The staff was very friendly and informative too. The ocean view was the best we've had on Moonstone.

Gute Lage, günstig, sauber, ruhig

Stayed for 2 nights after a long trip through big sur. Location was good . Basics were good. Negative =they charge you 5 bucks for a bottle of Fiji water in your room! Stayed at 5 places before this and all provided bottles of complimentary water. Also there needs to be coffee on lobby from 0700 latest and there should be water in lobby 24 hours. Screen doors needed rescreening Positive- location, June at front desk was lovely and very helpful

Staff was amazing! Room was beautiful! Front ocean view! Perfect for our 40th!
