Lovely stay. Staff was very friendly, room was very large, views were great. Moonstone beach was beautiful and the hotel was located right in the middle of the main road. The price was a good deal for what we received. The hotel was clean, had a big soaker tub, hot tubs and fire pits. It was quiet. All in all it was a lovely weekend getaway and we would choose to come here again. Our dog loved it too.

Breakfast wasn't what you will expect at a hotel.

We just stayed for a weekend in the Superior Ocean View King room w/ Balcony. For the rate of this room, it was somewhat disappointing to find it dated and a little worn down. The couch and carpet had seen better days. That being said, the views of moonstone beach were beautiful and the room ticked all the boxes in terms of having a decent sized bed, hot running water and a balcony (although on the smaller side) to enjoy in the evenings. The only issue we had was the fireplace not working during our stay, but it wasn’t needed as it was quite warm. The staff were friendly, the hot coffee available in the lobby in the morning appreciated, and the location next to the restaurant was ideal to make a quick hop over at dinner time. The hotel in general is quiet, with only the sound of passing cars and the ocean waves at night. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, but perhaps not the best value for a weekend trip.

Poor customer service, we didn't have a fan in the room & no body working the front desk past 6pm. Elderly couple at office door at 8pm, with no Internet, no phone # for sister site, 🫤
