bijzonder aardige man bij ontvangst. een oudere man en tevens eigenaar. het is mooi dat er nog van dit soort kleine en oude hotels zijn. afgesloten prive parking.

ligging ten opzichte van stadscentrum. was ca. 10 minuten lopen

We loved our stay. We wanted somewhere with a bit of French charm and Hotel Montsegur was perfect. The owner was really friendly and welcoming, the room really comfy and clean, and the whole place has lots of character. There’s easy parking in a gated car park in front of the hotel, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the Old City is around a 20 minute walk away. We’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are a bit dated and the location is a bit far from the Citadelle.

"The manager was so lovely and the hotel was really characteristic"

We didn’t have breakfast - the location was lovely and walkable to old Carcassonne through le Bastid Area which was really lovely too - the hotel was full of character and we loved our room
