Short walk to main old town square. Comfortable bed Quiet room Good wifi.

Continental breakfast (juice, cereal, croissants, yogurt) OK but slightly expensive. No toast option. Lack of kettle for tea/coffee making.

The hotel is very traditional in style with the most charming staff (? owners.) As a solo woman traveller I appreciated that the area felt safe, although the main road is a little noisy. It’s easy to walk from the train station along the canal & everything I wanted to see was also walkable.

Fijne afgesloten parkeerplaats. Mooie kamer met fijne bedden.

Ontbijt is echt minimaal. Douche in bad is wat lastig.

Parking

Breakfast poor, as was noise from road.

The reception was great, although perhaps because I was the only checking in.

Parking was cumbersome. I had to make some moves that the locals didn’t like. Being from Amsterdam I can live with that. Don’t be fooled by the Booking ad: getting to the old city is quite a challenge.
