A nice apartment with a kitchen. Large Coop supermarket 5 minutes walk, means you can make your own meals and save a lot of money. Shower and TV etc all worked fine. Lots of windows to let air in. Air conditioning worked fine. Nice and cool. Helpful, friendly staff. No problem booking in. There is a number 28 bus-stop right outside the hotel. It will take you to VIA IRNERIO (5 mins walk from train station and main town area) Also, you can walk from the train station in about 25 minutes. The buses are every 10 minutes but be warned there are ticket inspectors. You can use your UK/EU bank card on the train (£1.30) but only one card can be used per passenger. Yes, one card per passenger! So make sure you have two (different) bank if there are two people!

It needs a kettle! (a simple £10 item!)

The location was near the congress center, so we had a 7 minute walk to get to the venue. The staff was really nice and accomodationg. The cehck in and check out process was simple.

The shower had a broken door so we had to fix it. The beds are not comfortable, my back was very sore after a week of sleeping there. there are three beds in the room and all people sleep in the same room as the kitchen so if one wakes up and makes noise everybdy wakes up.

아름이 걸맞는 임시집처럼 넓고, 세탁기, 오븐 등 잘 정돈되고 whatsup 앱으로 신속 소통 문제해결되고.. 가족들이 잇어도 좋울듯... 다만 잡찾기가 약간 어려웟고 Airb&b느낌,, QR code로 건물안에 들어와 key pickup, 전기오븐 및 세탁기 사용법등에서 hide and seek game느낌,

這一家很棒，是一般家庭式民宿，有廚房、餐桌、客廳、房間、廁所等，應有盡有。整體非常乾淨，又安靜，附近有超市，我們每天都有煮早餐或晚餐吃，很值得一般家庭或好朋友一同前往。 This place is great; it’s a typical family-style guesthouse with a kitchen, dining table, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom—everything you need. The overall environment is very clean and quiet. There’s a supermarket nearby, and we cooked breakfast or dinner every day. It’s highly recommended for families or good friends to visit together.

The room was clean and the neighborhood was quiet We were able to check in at 3:30 pm by scanning a QR code on a lock box

The bed was small for 2 person The main issue I had with the apartment was that it's a bit far from the main area of Bologna. It's a long walk but you can take the bus which we did a few times. Taxi to and from the train station was high considering the fact it's a 10 minute ride.

Wonderful location with a bus stop right outside the Casa!!!!! All the necessary facilities near by ( cafe pizza supermarket pharmacy)

Only one night the upstairs neighbors were awful after midnight……… but this is not the Casa’s fault……

The staff makes this place. They are so helpful and warm and welcoming. Facilities immaculate and accessibility to all that Bologna has to offer a fantastic location for the Book Fair especially. Great neighbourhood vibe. Will definitely go back.
