Very nice little apartments with all the kitchen utilities you need and a generous amount of space.

Great place to stay near the Fiera di Bologna. Came for the classic car show and it was a bit busy in the area but this was a good value and most importantly has a secure parking garage under the building. Convenient place in a bit of an industrial area, but a relatively easy bus ride to the center. Clean room and well appointed, with no frills. I think this is normally a bit of an extended stay hotel that had and opening, but definitely meets the need for the Fiera!

Bed mattress can be better but it’s subjective

The space was large and had everything we needed (except a kettle) It was was clean inside and basic.

There was an awful smell in the apartment so we had to have the doors and windows open all the time. We wouldn't stay again. The bed was not comfortable for us.

It was clean, quiet.

In relation to the price paid, we expect more hospitality. I arrived very late in the room and I couldn't find even a small bottle of water in the fridge. A coffee bag wasn't that hard to be. Instead, I found a single sachet of shower gel for three days.
