La atención. Cuando por diversas razones llegas al hotel antes de la hora del check in y en recepción hacen lo posible para agilizar tu ingreso y facilitar tu descanso…. Eso no tiene precio…

La habitación impecable, lástima que el ruido de las discotecas se alcanzan a escuchar en las habitaciones

El parqueadero, aparte el señor que se encarga de abrir y cerrar la puerta del parqueadero ni se inmutó en salir. Afortunadamente mi esposa fue la que me ayudó a salir del parqueadero, porque ese parqueadero es muy pequeño

The location was great on Calle 93 - enabled me to explore the area mostly by foot but by Uber could get to where I needed to go easier enough. The housekeeping team were great with cleanliness. The reception team and bar team were friendly and efficient.

The rooms needed some updating, nothing major but when you had to be creative to close the sliding door was a bit frustrating lol - also the ability to have a late check-out would have been great - but all minor. I would stay again. Oh and the Spa never seemed to be open...not sure if you had to book via the phone to get an appointment for them to open it.
