Lo rescatable es la figura del trabajador de recepción, pero el que tiene más edad y más experiencia. Muy amable, cordial, e interesado por ayudar al viajero. Los otros no respondieron a su trabajo.

El estado de los equipos del baño estuvo malo. Las puertas de la ducha no se cerraban por lo que el agua se fue por todo el baño. El inodoro era muy antiguo y hacía mucho ruido. La refrigeradora también era bulliciosa. Estuvo difícil descansar. Yo escogí este hotel porque contaba con SPA y resultó que esos días en los que estuve no estaban atendiendo. No lo avisaron antes. Cuando me comuniqué por llegada temprana, me dijeron que pague una noche más, cuando quise ampliar la reserva esa noche más me costaba el triple. Haciendo una nueva reserva para esa fecha, me cobraron el precio justo. Es muy raro eso para mí. En ningún hotel me había pasado.
