Everything was perfect. The room was warm and well lit, ready for our arrival, which should have taken place the previous evening due to a mistake I made when booking. Above all, though, we greatly appreciated the personal attention, understanding, and speed with which they resolved the problem. They also found an earring that we had lost there and returned it to us immediately.
