Comfort, parking, location if you have a car.

Too functional and practical, Soviet look. Room locks failed many times, elevators not always working.

The hotel staff were very kind allowing the use of the swimming pool to our friends children from another hotel.

The breakfast selection - more hot choice and the eggs needs improving. Scrambled eggs undercooked and boiled eggs overcooked and not fresh

Buen personal, cama cómoda, buena comida.

La puerta cerraba mal, faltaba un mueble típico que los otros hoteles tienen. La TV no se podía conectar a algo multimedia.

"Adequate facilities and location but not hi class."

Hotel location was convenient for my business trip. Whilst it maybe on the main road there is virtually no noise (in my opinion) but the view across the Megellan straight is fabulous.

Female receptionist could try smiling and being a bit more positive!
