La privacidad, la Limpieza, lo amable de todo el personal, la piscina estaban también muy limpia, estacionamiento, también muy cómoda y la ubicación excelente

El menú de la cena es muy limitado y básico. Mejoraría en el restaurant y sería un Hotel muchísimo mejor.

La vista de la habitación estupenda, buen desayuno, cenamos una vez, buena calidad de la comida,

El ruido de carreras de autos enchulados, deberían gerstionar con Carabineros de Chile, la Municipalidad y eventualmente con vialidad para instalar lomos de toros, hasta las 3 de la mañana despertabamos casi todas las noches por dichos ruidos, sin duda sobre la norma. No es posible viajar al fin del mundo, con vista al estrecho de Magallanes y tener que soportar esos ruidos, con ello pierde valor turístico y la vista hermosa queda mermada por un mal dormir, deben gestionar ello además a nivel de SERNATUR, gestionar reuniones público-privadas para poner término a esa acciones. Mal aseo de la habitación.
