Room ( more like an apartment )was cosy and inviting. We loved the character of the building and the surrounding grounds. Andy was very welcoming and served a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.

A lovely setting in farmland only 10mins from the Whangarei Basin. The accommodation had historic charm. Warm, clean and comfortable. The host Andy was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast menu was impressive and delicious.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

We had a lovely nights stay at Lupton Lodge! Gorgeous setting of the villa in surrounding trees. A little hidden haven! It was a very comfortable place in which we had a really peaceful & good night's rest! Enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you!!Would definitely stop by again!😊

"A countryside retreat - but just off the main road."

Lovely property located out of Whangarei and en route to Tutukaka. Rural and set back from the main road. Our room was large but cosy and warm with good facilities. Had a wonderful overnight winter’s stay. Lovely bathroom, good cooking facilities. A great stay in any season. Andy was a welcoming and friendly host. He served a delicious breakfast.

All was good!
