Cental location for our needs. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. 24 hour reception /security made me feel safe

Luggage room when we arrived before our room was ready was a random unlocked room wasn't secure or monitored

The hotel looked tired, there was no dining area and the bathroom was small , especially for a family room.8

That my door had a proper lock, I got a parking space and check-in was quick.

Everything else. The smell of weed, the paper thin walls, the faulty windows, the springy bed and the pink mouldy shower curtain. Unfortunately, this was the only option locally for a hotel room near where I needed to work last minute because of Harry Styles playing at Wembley and all local hotels being booked up apart from the £350+ ones.

I immediately left upon arrival this place is filthy stained towels, carpet, chairs with brown and white stains looked like bodily fluid.
