Kingsland Hotel

The bed was clean and comfortable, the parking was convenient and the location was very good. As we were going to Wembley Stadium and the tube was just down the road and Wembley just one stop.

The Room was dirty and tired, stains on the chairs and sofa. The bathroom was full of limescale and tiny. It was hot, even with the windows open. We thought there was continental breakfast but there was not, this was not a 3 star hotel.

All I needed, where I needed to be, for a reasonable price. Nothing was wrong. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I'd say the decor, but then I'd rather pay a reasonable price than have a room look nice. It was fine anyway

Good location, close to tube and other travel points. Very close to Wembley!

Did not adequately reflect the photos, the mattress was stained and bathroom was very dirty. Sadly, the exterior wasn’t any better, lots of litter and cigarette butts. I understand we weren’t getting 5* as it was a 3* hotel, however basic cleanliness was expected. I submitted a complaint with booking.com and was offered £40.50 credit on a £270 stay, with no request for any evidence or further detail. Incredibly disappointing all round service and cleanliness wise! Hoping that although my experience was poor, this will save others the same!

Politeness of staff and cleanliness of room

It's an older hotel, family run and I think they're doing their best with an old building. The windows are a bit shambolic. I stayed a couple of times and had a very comfortable bed in one room whilst another was softer than my liking. It was very good value.

One room I stayed in was a bit hot whilst another was quite comfortable. Mattresses were not all the same.

Location

The bad is uncomfortable, No heating, No kettle for making tea, No body wash soap. Carpet dirty and old. Overall very disappointing
