Firstly the room wasn’t clean upon arrival. (Room 101) and forgot Nikon digital camera in room and wasn’t there when went back. Still waiting to contact manager. To resolve this moved to room 120. (Because of not clean room there was hair all over bathroom) Room 120 heater didn’t work in room moved to 226

The breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the waffle maker. The location was great and right off the road there.

I booked for a handicap accessible suite. This wasn't provided. They originally booked us in room that wasn't what was asked for. They offered a room that was at the end of hall for someone that has limited mobility that's not acceptable. We asked for a refund. Since we booked on line they told us no refund. This fraud and I'll be talking to my credit card company and informing the head office of this insult.

Absolutely nothing. I didn’t get a room to stay in and had to drive an hour to a different hotel.

That my refund still has not been processed.

I was never given a key to my room. Because of a power failure earlier that day the clerk at the desk did not know how to program keys.
