Was dirty. Dog poop by the elevator. Room was clean but rest of the hotel was dirty. Breakfast was poor

Location was great and breakfast options were good.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the a/c was terrible.

The room was clean but the public areas were dirty. The restaurant was mediocre and the wine was very bad. When we checked in the front desk staff was eating her supper and didn't stand up to greet us until I called her a second time.

The breakfast was very basic Carpets were dirty and stained

It’s location. The evening worker who provided us his personal fan - he gets a hold star for looking after his guests.

The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke it was hard to breath. Both my grandson and I woke up with bad headaches. The whole room needs a deep clean, especially a smoking room should be cleaned better than regular room. Carpets steam cleaned more often, walls, rugs and curtains cleaned weekly. Paying $155/night was terribly pricey for the uncomfortably stinky room we had to stay in because there were no nonsmoking rooms available.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I thought i would have an easy check in. Booked online with Booking.com arrived at hotel and room had not been cleaned. Bed slept in, garbage around. The hotel did not have another room for me and my son. We were sent qway at 10pm at night after driving 8 hours to get there. All because no one cleaned room and they had nothing else. The man at front desk said he would reverse charges and i wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Checked my online statement today and i was charged. They couldnt clean our room and we get charged a cancellation fee!!! Ridiculous!!! Worst hotel experience of my life!!!!

The breakfast was horrible, it need updating

Front desk man was rude. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. And rooms were stuffy. Was told by front desk that the kitchen was open until 10:30pm only to try and place an order at 9:50 and was told it was closed
