"I've stayed at worse places, but never at that kind of price"

Bed and pillows super comfy. Nice fancy lobby. Central location.

Rooms were incredibly dated - this is a hotel that exists as a conference venue, not a place that focuses on accommodation. The room smelled musty, carpet was stained and with holes, cabinets with peeling vinyl, toilet didn't have a lid, window didn't close properly.

Loved the rooftop bar and reception staff were wonderful and friendly.

View from our room of a dirty reservoir. Cockroach in our room. Unpleasant bar staff and very bad service. Room wasn’t clean by 12h00 on our 2nd day

Staff were fantastic. We made use of the gym and swimming pool that was clean and very well maintained. Food was very tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel.

"Ontchoogeld. Voor die prijs moet netheid beter en mag prijs niet hoger zijn dan vooraf aangegeven."

Ontbijt is goed. Onthaal goed.

1. Prijs: Booking.com vertelde me dat het 156euro zou zijn. Uiteindelijk werd me 185 aangerekend. Dit is echt niet geapprecieerd! Maakt booking.com weinig betrouwbaar voor me! 2. Hygiëne: haar in onze badkamer van vorige bezoekers is niet fijn. 3. Meubels in de kamer die flink beschadigd zijn heeft geen goede indruk. Vooral de twee bovengaande zaken zouden niet mogen in een hotel van die prijs en met deze reputatie. Een ontchoogeling!

From my first encounter to my last excellent service and a well operated facility. All the front desk staff provide to put quality in their name. Justine and front desk and back office staff managed my crazy check in after I messed up the reservation. The room was great everything worked and well designed. The food had flavor and great taste. No long wait for the elevator. The executive lounge was both relaxing and energized. The host Casiorona is a dynamic professional who provided quality personable service and management the multiple personalities and request. Maria in the lounge during they assisted me with professionalism
