I was allocated in a bedroom that seemed to be under refurbishment. The floor was broke and bathroom in a very bad conditions as well as the entry door. I had to ask for a another room after highlighting the issues. Overall, although one of best rated hotels, its is not compliant to the usual Hilton standards. Breakfast was also kind of disappointed and food were not fresh, cold and croissant seemed to be bake days ago.

"keine Empfehlung , stark renovierungsbedürftig"

Aufgrund von Überbuchung wurde mir ein "Upgrade" angeboten. Eine sogenannte Diplomaten Suite. Diese war zwar deutlich grösser als das gebuchte Zimmer mit eigenem Garten , leider aber ohne Balkon und in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Alle Holzmöbel durch einen offensichtlichen Wasserschaden aufgequollen , alles sehr muffig und in einem eindeutig renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Nach einigem hin und her gab es dann ein Ausweichzimmer ohne Balkon etc. . Heißwasser Fehlanzeige, keine Bademäntel oder genügend Seife etc. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Erste und letzte Mal Hilton gebucht. Schadenserstaz / Preisreduzierung Fehlanzeige. Schade...
