As instalações, limpeza, cordialidade... Foi tudo excelente. Delano foi extremamente receptivo! Tivemos nosso aniversário de casamento e ele preparou o quarto todo muito bem decorado, mas bolo e cesta de comidas para nós. Ficamos demasiadamente felizes. Agradecemos de coração ♥️

I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately this stay was quite disappointing. The overall condition of the hotel has clearly deteriorated. Our room felt very worn down, with large scratches and visible damage on furniture and surfaces. Several things in the room looked broken or heavily used, and the general quality simply doesn’t match what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room also smelled noticeably like smoke, which made the stay even less pleasant. The shower was another major issue. The water temperature was almost impossible to control — it was either ice cold or boiling hot, with nothing in between. Taking a normal shower was nearly impossible. Breakfast itself was okay, but nothing special. Surprisingly, even the espresso had to be paid for separately, which felt a bit odd for a hotel of this category. Service was probably the most frustrating part. The staff at check-in were polite, but far from welcoming. We had the impression that we had to pull every piece of information out of them — basic things like breakfast times, whether breakfast was included for Gold members, where the gym is located, or if any upgrades were available were never proactively mentioned. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care. Given that we ended up in Windhoek unexpectedly after our flights to the Middle East were cancelled, we were hoping for at least a warm welcome after a long and stressful travel situation. Unfortunately, the experience here felt quite the opposite. Overall, the hotel feels very run down and the service lacks warmth. I would personally rate it two stars at most, and sadly it’s not a place I would return to.

Very conveniently located for business meetings in Windhoek.

Concierge directs you to overpriced taxis.

It is fine for a night or two, but the Hilton Garden Inn next door is much more modern and nicer for less money. Breakfast is nicer here though than there but the difference is marginal. The rooftop pool and bar are nice here though. Reception was friendly and kind at checkout, less so during check in.

Rooms are a little outdated. The Garden Inn next door has new and modern rooms.

Friday local is lekker is simply the best at Hilton Windhoek!
