Schöne Anlage. Optisch schön und gepflegt.

Der Service war nicht so angenehm. Es gab keinen Getränke Service. Egal wo, musste man die Getränke selber holen. Am Pool okey, aber in der LobbyBar oder auf der Terasse wäre ein Service schön gewesen. Animation, war leider sehr wenig. Man hat keine Infos erhalten wo die Angebote sind und es wurde kein Morgen Lied oder ähnliches gemacht. Es kamen keine Ansagen oder ähnliches zu den Aktivitäten. Schade.

Es hat einen sehr großen Innen/Aussenpool. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Der Hamam ein Traum. Die Zimmer groß. Die Speisen hervorragend. Zu guter letzt das Personal ist freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit . Liebe Grüße an Yeter Hanım ( unsere Zimmerfee ) an Hikmet Bey im Restaurant und an Zelal und Eda, beste Kinderbetreuung!

L’éloignement des grandes villes

Room was clean and spacious..nice minibar with lots of drinks. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and cleaning very good

Excellents buffets et choix de nourriture. Mention spéciale pour les frites et la Turkish night du Vendredi. A faire deux fois par semaine. Erkan, l’animateur sportif est au top. La piscine intérieure est top, le sauna et Hamam gratuit est top aussi. Le ponton et les espaces bords de mer sont calmes et vraiment top

Attention pour les familles qui aiment danser et faire la fête, c’est plutôt très calme le soir. Le café du buffet est vraiment pas top. On a que ça à redire, le reste est top

Fantastic hotel and staff Location of the hotel was great and the amenities the hotel had to offer was fantastic. We had swim up room which would be great if the weather was better but one of the negative point we had was the swimming pool was freezing suppose going early April when the weather is hit and miss the pool is understandable. The cleaning team of the rooms were excellent rooms cleaned to a high standard then once the rooms where cleaned a supervisor come around and checked if it was cleaned, great cleaning team. Also mini bar stocked everyday. Atmosphere of the hotel was 5 star everyone was friendly and all of the staff in the hotel where amazing any request or query was deal with straight away with no hesitation. Noise level was fine our room was close to the Jazz club with music playing but at a certain time music stopped, our second negative comment was the entertainment it was laptop music most nights which was not great especially for a 5 star hotel think they need to get more live music / bands or dancing groups which will get more people into the jazz club, the dancing groups and live music they had on certain nights was great. But overall we were very happy with our holiday Staff amazing Food was fantastic We will be back soon

Wir möchten diesem Hotel von Herzen 10 von 10 Sternen geben. Unser Aufenthalt war etwas ganz Besonderes für uns – vor allem, weil meine Mutter währenddessen Geburtstag hatte. Was uns wirklich berührt hat: Das Hotel wusste bereits im Voraus davon und hatte alles liebevoll vorbereitet, noch bevor wir überhaupt etwas sagen mussten. Für meine Mutter wurde eine Torte organisiert, ein schönes Abendessen vorbereitet und zusätzlich standen eine Flasche Wein und frisches Obst auf dem Zimmer bereit. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit haben uns wirklich tief beeindruckt und den Geburtstag für meine Mutter unvergesslich gemacht. Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Essen war durchweg hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und einfach sehr lecker. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an unsere Bedienung im Restaurant, Herrn FERHAT KAYA, richten. Er war immer aufmerksam, freundlich und einfach großartig – wir haben uns bei ihm besonders wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderbare Zeit. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Erinnerung behalten und kommen von Herzen gerne wieder.

Everyone is very friendly. Waiters clean child chairs before every meal. Meals are great.

Water in indoor pools is relatively cold. This is especially a problem in a kids pool.

Un très bon emplacement, la qualité des restaurants. ( 1 buffet , 3 à la carte , snacks… ) dont un seul est en supplément du all inclusive. Au buffet, grand choix de plats. Mention spéciale pour la Quentine. Un application pour réserver les services et restaurants. Le personnel très aimable et serviable. La propreté des lieux, chambres … L’équipe d’animation, avec une mention spéciale pour Erkan roi des fléchettes. Toujours de bonne humeur avec le sourire, il nous a illuminé notre semaine … one Life kaput :)

Un peu trop de chats errants, mais le problème est bien au delà de l’hôtel. Mais ils ne sont pas agressifs, et amuse les enfants.
