Paloma Pasha

Loved my time at Paloma Pasha especially at the Quentine restaurant where me and family were served by these two exceptional waiters, Hazel & Halit. So professional, courteous, friendly and attentive to our needs and our son’s allergies making sure all food was prepped, cooked and served accordingly.

Loved the resort, staff were great. Entertainment staff excelled, especially Osman and Erkan.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! Erkan was so fun and made the stay a fabulous experience!

Great and diverse food at all three meals. A well-equipped room. Two indoor pools: one for adults and one for small kids. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. A rare but very convenient feature: dim lighting in the bathroom.

- Maybe in 2010, when the hotel was built, it felt like 5 stars, but it’s barely a 4-star experience in 2026. While I enjoyed the live piano and spa, the lack of sleep and other issues overshadowed the positives. - The first night was awful: the AC didn't work, the blanket was too cold, and the pillow was too thick, even though I explicitly asked for a thin one. (All fixed afterward.) - Soundproofing is insufficient: every neighbour's door slamming or conversation in the corridor can be heard. - Room issues: cold granite floor without underfloor heating, shower door doesn't close tightly leading to a wet floor, shower accessories are constantly falling off the holders, tilted toilet (!), etc. - No indoor kid space, only an outdoor one; it’s inconvenient in case of bad weather. - Some personnel need to know English better, or at least stop pretending they do. I literally had a conversation like: "What non-alcoholic cocktails do you have?" "Yes!" "No, I'm asking what the options are." "Yes-yes!"
