Strange smells. There is no table lamp or light bed area. Don't even believe reviews. Stay away

I have never stayed at that location before, but it had a great review. It was nice and clean. Well lit. The staff was helpful. I will be returning to the location.

A elevator had to go up and down and I have asthma/breathing problems ,they don't Change sheets or vacuum unless you staying a week or more They not very clean,they don't mop the restroom floors,don't change sheets unless you stay a week or more,never saw elevator had to go up and down the whole visit,rude check in person they don't vacuum or mop very unclean,my white socks were black on bottom

I recently booked this location by mistake and was unable to request a refund directly from the hotel. I needed a room at the location in Lake Charles, La. As soon as I received my booking information I noticed that the hotel was in Sulfur, La and reached out Expedia who contacted the hotel and was advised that the manager would be available the next day to discuss a possible refund. I tried calling the hotel and from Friday to Saturday evening no one answered the phone. I think this was very unprofessional.
