"Good but room for improvement. "

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Minor issues with the shower which I reported to the staff. My main issue was the bed. It was not comfortable at all.

The hotel was quiet and clean, and in a very convenient area to restaurants. Our room needed some maintenance in the bathroom. There is no elevator. The hallway and stairwell were quite warm in July. There was no coffee pot in the room. “Breakfast” was a complete joke. But, you get what you pay for. I was very pleased that it was quiet and clean.

It was clean and comfortable. The building is well maintained.

Staff was rude, we were never loud but we were visiting with friends who wasn’t even spending the night with us. People visit people in their hotel room all the time! Our visitors were there at a reasonable hour. We were told that the room only has two people so anyone else has to go. We told agreed and our guest was just visiting and will be gone soon. They called us on the hotel phone saying “if that black man doesn’t leave then we are calling the police.” I felt they were being very racist against my friend who wasn’t even trying to stay the night with us they just wanted to visit for a bit. I will never stay at this hotel again.
